Patient History

The patient screen is self explanatory allowing a wealth of available information (if required) to be recorded about the patient. Each feature is used in different areas of the system for a variety of uses, either functional (such as invoicing or diary control) or advisory (to aid decision making).

Detailed electronic charts can be recorded for unique patient history recording.

Detailed patient history can be recorded including notes, electronic charts, digital images, video and even sound.

Treatment records can be categorised in many ways providing extremely detailed patient history records, with full recording of drugs, worming records, laboratory tests, vaccinations, dietary records and much more.

Using zoom features on most individual images, manipulate any images stored in various ways for detailed viewing at any time.
