As the first line of support we provide an online help manual available from the main Menu Help item. This provides examples of all areas of the system and should answer most of your questions. However we are also very happy to receive any questions you might have.

 

We provide free lifetime email support as we find it the most efficient and quickest way to resolve a problem. We answer all emails promptly and you can expect a swift response to your query.

 

Obviously the more specific you can be when reporting problems the quicker we can be in helping you to resolve it.

We provide up to date Help Files to assist you in the first instance and if you cannot find the answer to your problem there then we are only too happy to reply to any emails and phone calls although we find that it is probably easier for you to have your query answered in an email so that you can refer back to it rather than a phone call where it is possible to forget the content.
