To enable the Vaccines and Booster button first click in the Vaccine checkbox as below and you will see the Vaccine and Booster button on the side menu becomes available.

The Client Reminder checkbox enables an automatic reminder to be sent to the client when the next vaccination or booster is required depending upon the vaccine and booster time periods you have selected.

 

Initial Injection

 

Here you can select the period when due for the injections.  The period box is a dropdown box where you can select weeks, months or years.

Equivalent Item

 

The Equivalent Item is the booster that will be used for this vaccination and can be selected from the list in the drop down box
