The next step is to add a patient. This can be carried out either of two ways - (a) via the Add Client screen or (b) directly from the Patient button on the top toolbar. If (a) via the Client screen then the client will have been entered automatically for you. However if (b) via the Patient button you will first see the View Patient screen and clicking the Add button from here takes you to the new patient screen.

Once you have clicked Add the following screen will appear:-

Add Patient

On this screen you can add as little or as much detail as you wish including breed, photos, behaviour etc.

 

Throughout the system, once you have clicked OK all the information that you have entered is saved and likewise clicking the CANCEL button will cancel the operation.
