Reason for Treatment

The Settings section of the system allows you to manage different sections as they apply to your business and can be found under Preferences on the top toolbar. Reason for Treatment that you regularly use can be set up by clicking on Preferences/Settings/Patient followed by Reason for Treatment.

After clicking the Reason for Treatment button you are able to view the reasons and add :-
