Here you can see you all the appointments for the week beginning 12th July through to 18th July 2009.

The Legend indicates whether they are appointments, meetings etc.

To select whether to view just appointments tick the Appointments checkbox.  If you want to see Reminders tick the Reminders checkbox and so on... To view All tick the All checkbox.

You can also view your appointments by area if you wish but you must assign the clients to an area if you wish to use this feature.

To move backwards and forwards through the calendar simply click the relevant arrows either side of the Today button.

To view your appointments on the monthly planner click the Monthly button

Press Close to exit the planner and you will be returned to the Appointments screen.

Important Note: When an appointment has been moved, the Patient Next Visit Date is automatically adjusted to show the date of the next appointment on the patient record.
