This will provide a full access control system but is currently under development.  It will be used to limit individual vets to different areas of the system.

An example would be an student who is not allowed access to the financial or booking areas.

At the moment the functionality is simply to set a password for the system.

Step 1 - From Security Manager select View Users:-

               Security View Users

Step 2 - Once you have clicked View Users you will see the next screen appear:-

Security Browse Users

Step 3 - Now click Insert and you will see this screen:-

Step 4 - Enter your first name and last name. Next "how would you like to login"? In the above example we have used sandy

This would then be your login ID. Your login ID is NOT case sensitive but your Password will be.

Keep these details safe. Ambrit Software will never have access to your passwords or security settings and so if you delete them  we cannot restore them.

You will now see that you have been added to the list of Users.

Step 5 - Now when you close the system and restart it will ask for the log in and this time you enter your login ID and your password is the same, i.e. Login is sandy and Password is sandy. Important Note: If your login ID had been Sandy then when entering the password for the first time you MUST enter the password with a capital S.
