Euthanased

On the patient record you are able to categorise an animal as euthanased.

Once you have ticked the checkbox the Date and Reason sections become available.  (If you make a mistake you can rectify by going to the View Patient screen and selecting the Archived horses and unarchiving)

Any appointments that have been created for this animal will then be deleted automatically.
