Credit/Debit Client Account

The Credit/Debit Client Account feature is a method of adjusting the balance on a client's account and is available from the Accounts Menu.

The first step is to select the client using the drop down box.

 

Now Select Credit or Debit using the radio buttons

The next step is to enter the Amount and the Reason for the Credit or Debit.  You will be now asked for confirmation before the action proceeds:-

Click YES to continue or NO if you want to abort the action.  If you have said YES the client's account will be adjusted accordingly.
