Quick Add

Quick Add is designed to allow entry of a Client and Patient very quickly.  It adds the minimal information required and is available from the View Client and View Patient

It is intelligent in that it can cater for any one of 2 functions:--

1.    If called from the View Client Screen, the Select area will be disabled as you will be adding a new client

      and not selecting a new one.

 2.   If called from the View Patient screen then you have the choice of selecting an existing client and adding

      a new Patient or adding a new client/Patient combination.

In all 3 scenarios, the Continue button is disable until sufficient information is required. Pressing Continue will add the client/horse. It will also disable the manual client details entry fields if an existing client is selected and vica versa if entering the details by hand.

Stable Owner - check this box if the client is a Stable Owner. What this will do is to assign the client a stable owner status, create a Stable using the Stable Name provided, and assign the patients entered to that stable.

Repeat add – if checked (not available prior to creating a chart) this will add the client patient and then clear the window and allow you to continue entering information. Press Cancel to close the window. When not checked, the window will close immediately after adding the client/patient.
