Cases

It is important to understand that Patient records are built up by Case Histories.  The diagram below shows how Equine Vet Manager works in practice.  The patient can present with various cases for different injuries or sickness.  Each Case can then have one or more Treatments associated with it.  Likewise each treatment can use different drugs and can include various images.

To enter the Case History screen click Cases on Add/Edit Patient:

The Case number, date and Description boxes must be completed but the other details are optional.
