Case History

When the View Patients screen is first opened it shows the general details for the patient on the righthand side of the screen.  However when you click the Case History button you will see the Case History details appear.  This part of the screen will show the dates, case numbers and quick description of the case.

By clicking on a particular Case History the Treatment details for that Case will show as per the example below.

To show the general details again simply click the General button,
