Add/Edit Patient

This screen allows you to either Add a new horse or Edit the details of a horse you have already highlighted on the View Horse screen.

The first thing to note is that not all details have to be recorded. All that is required is a Client and a Stable Name although the more information that you enter clearly the more help the system will be to you.

There is quick way of adding a patient by using the Quick Add via the View Patients screen
