Add Lab Report to Patient History

If you tick the Add Lab Report to Patient History checkbox the system will automatically add the Lab Report to the Patient History when invoicing for a Lab Report

 

If you leave the checkbox unticked the Lab Report will not appear on the Patient History automatically when added to an invoice.
